Reasons to update your iPhone to iOS 12.2

Reasons to update your iPhone to iOS 12.2

Apple has launched a credit card to link with Apple Pay.

Earlier this week, Apple launched its Apple News+ service, which offers magazine subscriptions and top news publishers at a price of $9.99 per month across USA and Canada. Apple said the Apple card will attract "no late fees, no annual fees, no global fees, and no over limit fees and lower interest rates". The company does, however, note that "late or missed payments will result in additional interest accumulating toward the customer's balance".

Earlier this week Apple took a major step in the payments and banking sector by introducing its titanium Apple Card.

Jennifer Bailey, Apple's Vice President of Apple Pay, said that this new feature is created to help and encourage users to live a better financial life through understanding how they spend their money and balancing the time that they use on their phones.

Apple Card users will be able to receive Daily Cash through the new system - meaning their 2 percent cash back rewards will be usable through Apple pay every day.

Cash rewards:the card offers cashback of between 1% and 3% on purchases each time it is used.

Having the Apple Card is also like having one's own credit and loans adviser.

Apple has once again shaken up the technology space after unveilling its highly anticipated venture into consumer credit, called Apple Card, under a partnership with Goldman Sachs and Mastercard. Apple wants people to know that if they subscribed to these magazines individually, they may have to spend as much as $8000. The streaming platform will include new programming from some of the world's best storytellers and personalities including Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg, Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Octavia Spencer, J.J. Abrams, Jason Momoa, M. Night Shyamalan, Jon M. Chu and more.

Another interesting feature teased alongside Apple Arcade is enhanced privacy and security, with Apple promising that the service will not collect user data or track information without consent. Apple assures its subscribers that there will be no annoying ads flashing on the screen as well the presence of microtransactions. "We're thrilled to give viewers a sneak peek of Apple TV+ and can not wait for them to tune in starting this fall". To score a landmark deal, it can afford to let Apple - and its customers - dictate the terms. The app is also being tested as a part of tvOS 12.3. Gamers can choose titles and play them either on Mac, iPhone, iPad, and even their Apple TV. Moreover, according to rumors, the iPhone X also will not enjoy some of the new features to make as many customers upgrade to their latest iPhone models.

The company is also releasing the Apple TV app where users can get a subscription for HBO, Showtime, and Starz at a meagre $9.99. It needs to be seen as to how widely it will be used in India as Apple phones and Apple Pay are not so popular here. "Now we are going to take games even further with Apple Arcade, the first game subscription service for mobile, desktop and the living room", said Phil Schiller, Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing. "Will there be pop ups that aren't allowed by other service providers like Netflix or AmazonVideo?" The new app will be available in May on iPhones, iPads, and Apple TV boxes, in over 100 countries. Disney, which bought 21st Century Fox, and AT&T, which purchased Time Warner, plan to launch or test new streaming video services this year. And it's not just Apple.
