Disney Unveils First Trailer for 'Frozen 2'

Disney Unveils First Trailer for 'Frozen 2'

The world hasn't let it go: six years after "Frozen" debuted in movie theaters, the sequel to Disney's popular children's movie will be released.

The film sees the return of Elsa and her sister Ana, as well as friends Kristoff, his reindeer Sven and the heat-defying snowman Olaf.

The film will be released on 22 November in the United States and the United Kingdom, while Australia will have a little longer to wait as it will air over there on 26 December.

No surprise, people both young and old are officially shook over the new trailer.

Throughout the trailer, Elsa (Idina Menzel), Anna (Kristen Bell), Hans (Santino Fontana), and Olaf (Josh Gad) are seen battling unseen and in some cases, elemental foes.

Frozen 2 comes out November 22.

There are some very interesting tidbits, however -hints that Elsa might not be the only one with elemental powers, and new characters- and plenty of gorgeous shots such as the gang reaching a fjord.

One fan guessed: "3 new characters with spring magic, summer magic and autumn magic?"

The teaser trailer and images don't give away too much about the plot of the upcoming film, though.

For the first time in (what feels like) forever, we've finally got a look at the hotly anticipated film, and we're losing our minds.

Directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee return to direct Frozen 2 with Lee writing the script with Allison Schroeder.

Another tweeted: "Elsa's crossing oceans for her lesbian lover", while a different user commented: "Elsa really is lesbian Jesus walking on water like that!" Evan Rachel Wood and Sterling K. Brown are rumored to be part of the cast, though it's unclear who they'll be playing.
