KC Star Kareem Hunt Caught on Camera Assaulting Woman In TMZ Video

KC Star Kareem Hunt Caught on Camera Assaulting Woman In TMZ Video

Video of the incident surfaced on Friday, appearing to show Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt shoving and kicking a 19-year-old woman.

The clip, which came from an OH hotel hallway camera, was published by TMZ on Friday afternoon.

In the video, Hunt can be seen having an argument with a young woman in the hallway outside of his hotel room. The team hasn't issued a statement about the matter, and it's not clear if Hunt will play on in the Chiefs' next game against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday. Hunt's charge caused both the man and the woman to fall to the ground. Abigail Ottinger, 19, told officers that Hunt "shoved and pushed" outside of what Cleveland.com calls Hunt's "hotel apartment".

The incident happened in February.

Now, with this video making its way into public view, it's possible the league and Roger Goodell will be compelled to sanction Hunt or at least investigate the matter.

Police were called in the aftermath of the incident; Hunt was not arrested and charges were not filed. Then, he shoves her.

The NFL hasn't taken any action against Hunt over the alleged incident as he has appeared in all of the 9-2 Chiefs' games this season. The website says that there were two police reports, one says Ottinger is a victim, another has her as the aggressor. He said he had "learned from it" and wanted to focus on playing football. It shows Hunt lunging toward a woman and several others in the hotel hallway, and the second-year pro being restrained several times.

After being kicked out, one of Hunt's friends said that the woman started using racial slurs.

Chiefs owner Clark Hunt also commented on the incident and said that his running back learned a lesson from it.
