Redknapp, who had never watched the ITV programme before entering the camp, said: "I'm amazed I survived three weeks".

"They've pulled me up hills, they've dragged me through the water", the former West Ham and Tottenham manager joked.

His first followed on the opening night of the reality TV show when co-host and Newcastle fan Declan Donnelly asked for his thoughts on his new teammates.

Speaking about his jungle experience, he said: "It's a bit of relief and it's a bit of excitement".

Just before he was named the victor, he said: "It's been an unbelievable experience".




Redknapp's trial saw him lying down in an underground chamber while creepy crawlies and rats ran all over him.

The Inbetweeners star said: "It's changed my life in so many ways".

"It's surreal, it's awesome".

Although, he went on to warn fans of Holly's time on I'm A Celebrity: 'Don't get too attached'.

"When your life is going to shit but someone asks if everything's good", wrote one user alongside the picture, a tweet which has been liked almost 7,000 times.

"I'll be honest, when I first came here I thought, "oh my God I'm in trouble here". I've just learned to accept who I am".

Emily Atack said: "Everything I have in my life I appreciate so much and will never take any of that for granted again".

Phillip Schofield has previously indicated that Holly won't be back as he said that she has had a "caretaker role" on the show'.
