VP Pence on Mueller Investigation: 'It's Time to Wrap It Up'

Vice-President Mike Pence said Thursday that, in his opinion, spectacular Robert Mueller have time to complete the investigation of the Russian intervention in elections in 2016 and other possible misconduct close to the President.

The interview came after pornography celebrity Stormy Daniels' law firm, Michael Avenatti, alleged that more than $4 million from businesses for example AT&T, Novartis and Korea Aerospace sectors was paid to an organization made by President donald-trump's private attorney, Michael Cohen.

He says: "In the interests of the country, I think it's time to wrap it up". President trump has repeatedly called the investigation a "witch hunt", and his lawyer Rudy Giuliani urged the justice Department to end the investigation.

Our administration has been fully cooperating with the special counsel and will continue to. NBC correspondent Andrea Mitchell noted Mueller was a Republican and asked Pence whether he trusted him.

"What I think is that it's been about a year since this investigation began. We got Otto home past year, but it wasn't soon enough and we lost him", Pence told CBS "This Morning" about his conversation with the Warmbier family. "I would very respectfully encourage the special counsel and his team to bring their work to completion", he told Mitchell, per CNN.

"Mike Pence has been claiming that he was just out in the dark", said "Morning Joe" host Joe Scarborough following Pence's interview.
