Latest Harvey Weinstein Accuser Claims He Forced Oral Sex During Her Period

- So far at least 40 women have come forward to accuse movie mogul Harvey Weinstein of sexual misconduct over a period of decades.

Meanwhile, celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred, who represents at least three accusers, held yet another press conference, this time in NY, and urged Weinstein to negotiate with her.

The lawsuit is the first to be filed since the Weinstein scandal broke three weeks ago, and could be the first of several.

"There's no decision at this time", Allred said when pressed on whether Haleyi would be willing to meet with the local investigators already probing Weinstein's alleged history of harassment and sexual assault.

Instead, Weinstein asked if she'd give him a massage, she said.

In a statement, a representative from Weinstein has said: "Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr Weinstein. They'll decide for what goal", she said. Afterwards, he offered to secure a role for her on Project Runway, his company's reality TV show. But she felt "coerced" by the powerful mogul. "It is time for him to take meaningful action to demonstrate in deeds, not just words, that he is taking responsibility for what he has done and that he is willing to make amends to the victims", she said Tuesday. "We believe we have enough evidence to move forward".

"I finally said, 'I'm not coming to Paris with you, and I hear you have a bad reputation with women.' That's when he backed off".

New alleged victim of Harvey Weinstein, Mimi Haleyi (L) leaves a press conference held by Attorney Gloria Allred at Lotte New York Palace on October 24, 2017 in New York City.

Her story is strikingly similar to those of more than 50 women who have claimed they were sexually harassed or assaulted by the disgraced film producer.

He told her to come by his Cannes hotel.

Weinstein "was a complete gentleman" during that follow-up meeting, she recalled. They had no contact during production, and after the show wrapped, she sent him an email thanking him for the experience.

"He was extremely persistent and physically overpowering", said Haleyi.

"If she spoke to (investigators), it would be to answer any questions they might have that might be relevant to their investigation".

She said she finally managed to shut him down by sniping to him, "I'm not going to Paris with you, I hear you have a awful reputation with women".

Haleyi finally told Weinstein she wasn't interested in him romantically and that she had heard about his "terrible reputation with women".

When Weinstein returned from Paris, he invited her to his residence, which had children's drawings on display, she said.

"I said I'm on my period, there's no way this is going to happen, please stop".

"Again, Weinstein displayed persistence and would not take 'no" for an answer, ' according to the suit. "He held me down on the bed".

A document filed states she was forced into giving him a massage after which he asked to perform oral sex on her. He even pulled my tampon out. "I was in disbelief and disgusted".

Haleyi said she wanted "a good relationship with [Weinstein], but not a sexual or romantic one".

Through his spokesperson, Weinstein has denied any allegations of nonconsensual sex, but police departments in London, Los Angeles, and NY are now investigating, as is the NY attorney general. "I had never worked with Harvey Weinstein, and I was absolutely devastated by this news. This case is really about putting the casting couch on trial".
